Privacy Policy

Inferfare is operated by NeuroFabric Ventures, part of Eunomia Holdings (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use app.inferfare.com, api.inferfare.com, and related Inferfare services.

1. Information we collect

Account data such as your email address and workspace settings. Billing data needed to process subscriptions and top-ups through our payment gateway. Usage data such as model calls, token counts, remaining credit, virtual-key prefixes, and connection names. Content you send to a model, which we transmit to Inferfare’s included model or to the provider you connected.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the gateway, authenticate you, apply plan entitlements, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Providers and processors

Requests to the included Inferfare model stay on our infrastructure. If you add a provider key or deployed endpoint, that request is sent to that provider under your account. Payment confirmation is handled by our payment gateway. Hosting runs on our production servers. Each of those parties processes data only to provide their service to us.

4. Bring-your-own-key

Provider credentials are stored server-side so the workspace can route requests. They are not shown again after you save them. Spend on a connected provider is billed by that provider, not as Inferfare credit.

5. Retention

We keep account, billing, and usage records for as long as your workspace exists and as required for tax, security, and dispute purposes. You can delete chats from the workspace. Closing an account does not automatically erase records we must keep for legal or security reasons.

6. Your choices

You can update account details, revoke virtual keys, remove connections, and request a copy or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@inferfare.ai. We will respond within a reasonable period.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, scoped virtual keys, and access controls on production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not put secrets in chat messages or client-side code.

8. Children

Inferfare is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
