Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Inferfare, the AI workspace and API gateway operated by NeuroFabric Ventures, part of Eunomia Holdings. By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to them.

1. The service

Inferfare lets you route model requests through one gateway: an included Inferfare model billed against plan credit, plus optional connections to providers or deployments you bring. Features, limits, and credit amounts depend on the plan you select.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for workspace activity and for keeping virtual keys secret. Revoke a key immediately if it is lost or unused. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is abused, compromised, or used to attack the service.

3. Plans, credit, and payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Each plan includes a stated amount of Inferfare model credit. Unused included credit does not roll over unless we say otherwise at checkout. Top-ups add Inferfare credit after the payment gateway confirms the charge. Third-party model usage on a connected provider is billed by that provider, not by Inferfare. Fees are generally non-refundable except where the law requires it or a charge failed to deliver the purchased credit.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Inferfare to break the law, to attack systems you do not own, to generate or store child sexual abuse material, or to evade usage limits. You must follow the acceptable-use rules of any provider you connect. We may refuse or rate-limit traffic that threatens the platform.

5. Your content and models

You retain rights in prompts, files, and outputs that belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process them so we can provide the gateway. Outputs from models can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe. You are responsible for reviewing them before you rely on them, especially in production systems.

6. Providers you connect

When you add a provider key or endpoint, you authorize Inferfare to send your requests there. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their models, uptime, or bills.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Inferfare available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and credit exhaustion can pause requests. The included model and connected models may change as we operate the service.

8. Intellectual property

Inferfare, the mark, and the product interface are owned by NeuroFabric Ventures and its licensors. You may not copy the product or use the brand in a way that suggests you operate Inferfare.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to Inferfare is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims that arise from your content, your connected providers, or your misuse of Inferfare.

11. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service. If a change is material, we will update the date above and, where practical, notify the account email. You may stop using Inferfare at any time. We may terminate access if you materially breach these terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to NeuroFabric Ventures’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
